Summary As a Payroll Specialist at Life Care Centers of America, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our associates. This position is essential in supporting our commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our patients. Responsibilities Process payroll for all associates accurately and on time. Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Utilize ADP, Kronos, and other financial software to maintain payroll records. Prepare journal entries related to payroll transactions as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Assist with accounts payable tasks as required to support financial operations. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing. Requirements Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using ADP or Kronos systems. Strong understanding of financial software and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with associates and management.
