You Competitive Salary:

Initially 100% Onsite at Corporate Office with an Opportunity for Hybrid After Training Period; St.
Louis, MO Set Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

GardaWorld Your Responsibilities Master Payroll Processing:
Take charge of processing weekly, bi-weekly, and daily payrolls with precision, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.
Seamless Direct Deposit Management:
Handle direct deposit processing with attention to detail, ensuring smooth transactions and zero errors.
Maintain Payroll Files:
Keep employee payroll records up to date, organized, and easily accessible while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Drive Pay Card Administration:
Assist in managing pay card distribution and administration, offering employees a convenient and secure payment option.
Generate Financial Reports:
Prepare insightful payroll reports that contribute to monthly financial dashboards, providing key data to leadership and supporting business decisions.
Garnishment Processing:
Handle garnishments with care and compliance, ensuring proper deductions and payments are made in accordance with regulations. Assist with
Monthly Reconciliations:
Play a key role in monthly reconciliations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company financial goals.
Tackle Ad-Hoc Payroll Tasks:
Jump in and assist with various payroll-related tasks and special projects as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Your Qualifications:
Prior payroll experience; experience working with WinTeam is a plus! Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass an extensive screening process High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred
