DESCRIPTION
Time Tracking & Payroll:
Accurately record and verify employee work hours, overtime, and attendance.
Workforce Coordination:
Ensure proper documentation of shift changes, absences, and personnel movements across job sites.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain records in accordance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
Project Support:
Assist in monitoring deadlines, project schedules, and resource allocation.
Communication:
Coordinate with supervisors and HR to resolve discrepancies in timekeeping and payroll processing.
Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
Input and update employee information in digital timekeeping systems or manual logs.
Audit Preparation:
Support auditing processes by maintaining organized and accurate records.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in construction timekeeping, payroll, or related administrative roles. Proficiency in timekeeping software (such as Kronos, ADP, or Procore). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple teams.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily based on-site at construction locations, requiring collaboration with project managers, HR personnel, and workers to ensure seamless operations.

$19.50 – $21.00 per hour
