Job Description
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Shelby, North Carolina. The role involves managing payroll processes, maintaining HR operations, and coordinating administrative tasks in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the entire payroll cycle using advanced accounting software systems.
- Transfer data manually from spreadsheets into the payroll system to ensure time entry processing.
- Maintain payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Support operational duties such as task assignment, deadline management, and team coordination.
- Collaborate with HR consultants on data entry or payroll-related projects.
- Generate reports and gather audit information as required.
- Assist with high-priority tasks such as report aggregation for audits.
- Identify areas for improving current processes to reduce manual effort.
- Independently coordinate and prioritize various tasks.
- Use SAP B1
- Business One and ADP
- Financial Services for various accounting functions. Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Extensive experience with ADP
- Financial Services
- Ability to handle all Accounting Functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong skills in Auditing
- Experience in performing Ad Hoc Analysis
- Familiarity with SAP B1
