Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a tax payroll clerk to support the payroll team for one of our largest healthcare organizations in NC. This position will be a hybrid position and will be onsite Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday-Friday (during payroll week and remote on off weeks). This clerk will be in charge or the payroll taxes and reporting. Day to day responsibilities include handling 941s, W2s, tax deposits, and state reconciliation for 14 different states. This position will require more in office work during the quarter end months which are January, April, July and October. This team is looking for a candidate who is detail oriented, hardworking, and enjoys helping resolve payroll issues. This is a contract to hire position and the employer has the full intention of hiring this contractor based on their performance throughout the 6 months
