Tax Payroll Clerk 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Winston-Salem, NC 27103 • Hybrid work Insight Global is looking for a tax payroll clerk to support the payroll team for one of our largest healthcare organizations in NC. This position will start out as a hybrid position and will be onsite Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday-Friday (This is subject to change once training has been completed). This clerk will be in charge or the payroll taxes and reporting. Day to day responsibilities include handling 941s, W2s, tax deposits, and state reconciliation for 14 different states. This position will require more in office work during the quarter end months which are January, April, July and October. This team is looking for a candidate who is detail oriented, hardworking, and enjoys helping resolve payroll issues.

Must Haves:
3-5 years of tax payroll experience Experience with 941s, tax deposits, W2, state reconciliations Basic payroll knowledge- Taxes, Fica, federal, etc. Premium pay experience Garnishment experience- child support, alimony, property taxes, etc Great communication/customer service skills
