Job Description:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities(Required):

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experienceworking in a strong (fast-paced environment) payroll position.
• Strong in-depth understanding of compliance related to payrollprocessing, including wage and hour laws (Federal, State, Local).
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in high-volume processing.
• Strong experience in Exceland PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication andinterpersonal skills along with high personal integrity,credibility, and energy.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise System.
• Time and attendance support via entries, edits, and configuration.
• Comprehensive Outsourcing Experience.
• Union payroll processingexperience.

Education / Experience

(Preferred):

• Experience usingWorkday HR Information Systems (HRIS) for both data storage andanalysis.
• Experience working with payroll processing vendors,coordinating, and monitoring payroll processing functions orvendors performing these functions.
• Knowledge of HR businessprocesses and working with independent groups (e.g., Finance andHuman Resources) through experience working with interdependentgroups impacted by the payroll process.
• Bachelor’s degree inrelated discipline.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Union CBA andtime configuration experience.
