Job Description

Description We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is not an HR generalist position but will focus on payroll and benefits administration with a strong emphasis on compliance, processing, and coordination. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Operating and managing accounting software systems efficiently
  • Overseeing and coordinating ADP
  • Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Utilizing Ceridian and Crystal Reports for payroll and benefits administration
  • Administering 401k
  • RRSP and other benefits as part of the role
  • Implementing About Time for efficient time management and payroll processing
  • Performing various accounting functions related to payroll and benefits
  • Auditing payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinating benefit functions and ensuring smooth operations
  • Working closely with the CFO and accounting/finance teams for strategic decision-making and process improvement Requirements
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
  • Experience with ADP
  • Financial Services is required
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential
  • Knowledge of Ceridian software is a must
  • Ability to work with Crystal Reports is necessary
  • Experience in 401k
  • RRSP Administration is expected
  • Understanding of About Time software is needed
  • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is important
  • Prior experience in Auditing is essential
