POSITIONSUMMARY
  • Performs time administration for a variety of locations.
  • Partners with local management, Human Resources contacts and theLeaves Team members to ensure accuracy to a multitude of timecardentries.
  • Manage a number of reporting needs in support ofovertime, accrual or other Ad-Hoc requests for ADP data.
  • Providefinancial reports to assist with Supply Chain metrics.
  • Managerobust eTime timecard sign-off process and reconciliation of hoursduring payroll transmission days.
  • Champion a positive payrollexperience by supporting internal and external team members in theefforts of producing accurate weekly earning payments.
  • Trainnewly hired employees on the use of eTime/ADP.
  • Additional duties:

Escalation support related to researching, determining, andcorrecting discrepancies in pay, retro calculations, and reportcreation (standard, ad hoc and custom). o Assist in resolvingassigned eTime service tickets. Communicate researched findings toemployees, Human Resources contacts and location leadership staffas needed. o Strong comprehension of time administration tools andapplications relative to executing eTime processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • US and Canada time administration processing(multiple or a large location)
  • Wage garnishment / lien processingas assigned
  • Data mining / report creation (standard, ad hoc, andcustom)
  • Continuous review of potential to improve payroll relatedprocesses. Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to ensureproper financial reporting as well as root cause analysis whenissues arise with payroll.
  • Communicate with internal and externalteam members on time related inquires Quals
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate/Technical degree (minimum degree required)
  • Excellentmathematical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with timeor payroll software and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoftoffice products, especially Excel, WORD, and Outlook
  • Ability towork quickly under pressure
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication
  • Superior customer service and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with a team (Internal to payroll, crossfunctionally and 3rd Parties)
  • Collaborative approach to problemsolving
  • Flexibility when time sensitive tasks are demanding
