Payroll Administrator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 15 Technology Way, Nashua, NH 03060 POSITION SUMMARY The Payroll Administrator is responsible for collecting and reviewing timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a weekly payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to all union and non-union employees while following Company policies and procedures. The Payroll Administrator will reconcile and process payments to two separate union organizations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, summarize and review all timekeeping information in automated system Review new hire entries into automated payroll system (iSolved) Update payroll records by processing changes in; rate of pay, tax exemptions, voluntary deductions, home department, status, etc. Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments Provide back-up for the review, reconciliation and payment processing to all payroll related vendors Provide back-up for online enrollment of various employee benefits and benefits administration Process employment verifications Resolve timekeeping and payroll related discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Maintain employee confidence by keeping payroll and personal information strictly confidential Communicate changes in benefits to all employees Prepare and maintain a payroll file for each employee

REQUIRED SKILLS
