The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will be to provide oversight of the entire payroll process for 475 + employees in two States. This position requires accuracy, integrity and timeliness of data entry to the HRIS/Payroll systems. Comprehensive understanding of State and Federal regulations pertaining to timekeeping is of utmost importance. In addition, you will process mileage, tuition reimbursements, referral bonuses and wage garnishments. Just as important, you will support the HR Manager with processing of new hires, separations, employee changes, benefits, LOA’s, worker’s compensation and accurate file maintenance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and/or (3) years of related experience and/or training, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, outlook), as well as a solid working knowledge of HRIS systems. Preference given to those with UKG (UltiPro) experience.
