PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Onsite position Job Summary We are lookingfor someone to work on our team responsible for running weeklypayrolls for our field employees. The candidate will perform dutiesthat require an understanding of payroll, benefits, companypolicies, systems, and procedures with a strong level of customerservice. Duties/Responsibilities Process payroll on a weekly basisthrough ADP for all field employees Uphold confidentiality ofindividual and staff information. Maintain accurate records ofemployee hours, wages, and deductions Prepare and submit certifiedpayroll reports as required Ensure compliance with all federal,state, and local payroll regulations Respond to employee inquiriesregarding payroll issues Assist with payroll-related reporting andaudits Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensurepayroll accuracy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or CPP (CertifiedPayroll Professions) preferred. Experience – 2-4 years’ experiencein payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes minimum.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite Excellentattention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Ability to work independently and as part of ateam Strong understanding of certified payroll processes andrequirements preferred Experience working within ADP payrollsystems.
