Contract Job Duties:

Process payroll for 750+ employees in accordance with company policies and union agreements. Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data validation, and payroll calculations. Maintain accuracy of payroll records and employee data. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and finance teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

Certifications in payroll (FPC/CPP) are a plus but not required. High School Diploma or GED. Skills in union payroll regulations is a plus. Workday payroll processing experience (preferred but highly valued). 3+ years of payroll experience in a large-scale environment (750+ employees). Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various industrial environments.
