We haveplaced several candidates with this client and they have had greatsuccess! As they continue to grow, they are seeking adetail-oriented Certified Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This role is responsible for managing certified payroll reporting,compliance documentation, and supporting various payroll-relatedfunctions. Key Responsibilities Manage and submit weekly CertifiedPayroll reports with meticulous attention to detail Collect,organize, and maintain Sign-in Logs from multiple job sites Verifyaccuracy of Certified Payroll Reports by: Cross-referencing hoursagainst Sign-in logs Ensuring hourly wage rates comply with stateprevailing wage requirements Prepare and submit monthly reportsincluding: Employment Utilization Report Workforce UtilizationTable Report OCIP and CCIP insurance forms for applicable projectsPackage and distribute Certified Payroll reports for WDF andsubcontractors to Prime Contractors Manage electronic CertifiedPayroll submissions through various systems: NYC SchoolConstruction Authority LCP Tracker for Newark Airport projecteComply for NYCHA jobs Process cost moves for field employees in JDEdwards related to payroll adjustments Support external audits byproviding required documentation: Certified Payroll reportsInsurance reporting documents Timesheets Maintain organized filingsystem for all payroll and insurance documentation Serve as backupsupport for primary payroll position Process interim checks andUnion target money requests Handle additional tasks as assignedRequired Skills & Qualifications Experience with certified payrolladministration and compliance Proficiency in JD Edwards or similarERP systems Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements andregulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines Excellentdocumentation and record-keeping abilities
