In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and supporting various accounting functions. This role requires proficiency in payroll systems and accounting software, paired with a commitment to maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to manage payroll operations. Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Conduct audits on payroll and benefit functions to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues. Support benefit administration by managing related payroll deductions and reporting. Maintain detailed records and documentation for payroll and accounting activities. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for auditing purposes. Work on improving payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions. Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and auditing procedures. Familiarity with benefit functions and payroll deductions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with HR and finance teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle payroll discrepancies. Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
