What will you do?
Assist with daily payroll processing, including UKG audits, off-cycle check printing, and resolving issues with unit teams Action payroll case requests and perform audits during weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide exceptional customer service, meeting departmental SLAs with timely, professional, and accurate support Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, supporting compliance and internal reporting needs Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests for management, delivering clear and timely payroll data insights More about you
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree Excellent follow-up skills with team members and internal customers Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups, are required Working knowledge of payroll systems and practices such as ADP Smart Compliance, Workday, or UKG Dimensions timekeeping High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented
