(Full-time) Our client is a well-established financial institution, and we are currently looking for a bilingual (Japanese and English) candidate who has had work exp with payroll for our client. Some of the main qualification requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English. Must have experience in calculating and processing payroll. (If you have “Gross-up” exp taking care of expats’ payroll, that’s a big plus.) Able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (If you are familiar with ADP, MS Dynamics and/or Consur, that’s a big plus!) Authorized to work in the US without a work visa sponsorship.

Compensation:

$33.66 to $38.47/hr (annualized gross base pay equivalent to $70,000•$80,000) + a discretionary bonus.
