Payroll Implementation Specialist (Temporary, 3-6 months)

Pay Rate:

$65-$75/hr

Location:

Midtown, Manhattan (•5 days a week onsite•)

What You’ll Do:
System Evaluation & Analysis:

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our existing ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Kronos Payroll setup and plugins.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:

Analyze and determine the root cause of issues surrounding the Kronos Time & Attendance plugin, specifically addressing discrepancies where data is not being captured properly upon entry.

Solution Identification & Implementation:

Develop, propose, and implement effective solutions to resolve identified payroll and time & attendance system issues. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors (ADP, Kronos) as needed.

Workflow Optimization:

Design, document, and implement streamlined workflows and best practices to prevent future occurrences of data capture issues and enhance overall payroll processing efficiency.

Documentation & Training:

Create clear and concise documentation of system configurations, processes, and solutions. Provide training and support to relevant team members on new workflows and system functionalities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payroll and timekeeping systems.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed of updates and best practices for ADP WFN and Kronos systems, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

What You Bring:

Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll setup and administration. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kronos Time & Attendance systems, including plugin functionality and data integration. Proven ability to evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues, particularly related to data flow and integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Experience in identifying root causes of system discrepancies and developing effective, sustainable solutions.
