Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure all payroll transactions are correctly recorded. Utilize ADP and PeopleSoft for payroll processing and reporting. Prepare journal entries related to payroll activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Assist in technical accounting tasks related to payroll and financial reporting. Collaborate with HR to manage employee records, benefits, and deductions effectively. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Requirements Proven experience in payroll processing and general ledger accounting. Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles. Familiarity with financial software, particularly ADP and PeopleSoft, is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
