The Opportunity:

This role sits within the payroll function of the HR team and bridges the gap between the Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Manager. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and a third-party processing partner to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely payroll for employees nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage biweekly multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employeesReview timekeeping records, audit hours worked, missed punches, and prepare correctionsCollaborate with the shared services team to finalize payroll for processingAssist in monthly bonus processing (e.g., commissions, incentives)Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely, professional mannerSupport compliance efforts, including EEO filings, audits, and employment verificationsUpdate internal SOPs and assist in payroll-related training as neededParticipate in ad hoc payroll and HR projects

Ideal Profile:
