Key Responsibilities Answer and triage phone calls as needed. Process payroll data using in-house software to produce payroll checks and reports. Monitor processing and fulfill printing output to successful completion as needed. Completed ongoing assigned training courses necessary to expand payroll and ConnectPay knowledge base. Manage assigned client base (approximately 100 – 150 clients) with any and all payroll processing, tax, related concerns. Complete any special projects assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of payroll tax processing experience. Basic understanding of payroll and payroll tax calculations and filings. Good verbal and written communication skills Able to commute to office every business day. Able to troubleshoot basic printer problems or complications Basic technical skills with a computer Able to work and function in a corporate setting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Able to balance personal troubleshooting and seeking guidance. Good critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate a situation, identify potential next steps and make informed decisions. CP Payroll believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of this role’s hiring base salary range is $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.. The actual salary offered may be outside of this range depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s education, training, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan. This role is eligible for an annual bonus with a target of $1200.00 based on company and individual performance.
