• General property maintenance and repairs (interior & exterior)

• Basic handyman work (patching, painting, cleanup, etc.)
• Occasional emergency calls, turnovers, and light renovations

What We’re Looking For:

• Good written communication (text, phone, and app-based updates)
• Willing to document work with photos and notes (must upload after each job or shift)
• Reliable vehicle required
• Must have basic hand tools; we provide the rest
• Able to pass a background check (no fraud, theft, or violent crimes)
