Role:

We are seeking a motivated Payroll Analyst to assist our Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all units. This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry and make a significant impact on our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Payroll Manager with daily payroll processing functions. Contribute to system maintenance and security protocols. Maintain data integrity within the payroll system. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes. Assist in generating periodic management reports on key payroll metrics. Lead department-defined projects from start to finish. Define process requirements for implementing efficient business processes. Assist in the development and maintenance of payroll policies and procedures. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Perform analytical tasks and contribute to payroll-related projects.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work with confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points (but not required): Previous experience in payroll processing.
