Responsibilities Generate necessary Oracle summary and detail reports to file state and/or local payroll tax withholding payments. Submit request for payments, with proper approval for tax filing/deposits. Create and update state and local spreadsheets with payment information for use in monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations. Complete state and local registration forms for government reporting entities as needed. Shared responsibility of quarter end/year end state and local reconciliation procedures. Perform necessary system maintenance (i.e. balance adjustments) as needed. Scan all state and local tax payments into Perceptive Content (imaging program) and link document type to appropriate drawer. Provide exceptional customer service by handling payroll tax inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email or written communication. Assist with miscellaneous Payroll Tax related projects.
