Payroll Coordinator (onsite)

Location:

Mountain Top, PAResponsibilities The Payroll Coordinator, will be responsible forensuring core Payroll processes including payroll and workforceadministration are executed consistently and effectively whilemeeting the needs of the sector teams. Their team will beresponsible for coordinating payroll administrative processes for aplant of approximately 210 employees by working with local businessteams on weekly inputs, transacting payroll for plant, and bestpractice ways of working.

Accountabilities:

Manage and executingweekly payroll activities including employee data management,payroll, and workforce administration Provide coaching anddevelopment of payroll backup to build process knowledge,capability, and utilization of best practices Provide SubjectMatter Expertise (SME) level support to business leaders andadministrators on payroll processes and GBS services Lead strategicprocess improvement for manager self-service and other people tasksto improve location leader capability and ownership Implementconsistent processes and execution across each market to createefficiencies and improve service quality Troubleshoot payrollissues, escalate matters to Global Business Services (GBS), HROperations team or HR Service Center as needed. Partner with GBS,HR Operations to provide feedback on systems, report challenges,and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for systemusers Act as the region liaison to provide ongoing feedback on HRoperations priorities and continuous improvement opportunities toenhance service delivery across GHRO, GBS, Alight, and otherservice delivery providers. Support the ongoing transition ofactivities/tasks to GBS as they are identified, documented, andoperationalized Support ad hoc payroll projects and initiativesacross the plant.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expectedcompensation range for this position is between $55,800 – $87,000based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-relatedskills and experience will be considered in setting actual startingsalary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paidparental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Previous experienceworking in Payroll preferred Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills(Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Knowledge and experience ofworking with HR & Payroll systems such as:

Kronos, EmployeeCentral, SAP, and Service Now Differentiating CompetenciesRequired:
