Payroll Specialist Job Duties:

Process payroll accurately and on time, including manual entries, wage attachments, and off-cycle payments Conduct pre- and post-processing audits; correct errors and communicate updates to key stakeholders Prepare payment requests for non-tax payroll liabilities and maintain payroll records for compliance Support and resolve Tier 3 payroll inquiries escalated from HR Shared Services Collaborate across departments to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy Train and cross-train team members to ensure operational continuity

Payroll Specialist Job Requirements:

4+ years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state processing Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices Experience with payroll systems; Workday Payroll proficiency required Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Access) #
