9 Months Job Description In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Sales process, including sharing current payroll practices, legislative requirements and other key information to support the Sales life cycle. The Payroll Lead is expected to partner with the technical team and maintain the country’s solutions. Must have skills. SAP Consultant with PY Knowledge in Mexico. Senior Profile for Project Implementation with at least 4 years in the position with knowledge in MX legislation and technically with Rules and Scheme. Ability to implement a complex project leading all phases Ability to support and process payroll from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transactions Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures Knowledge in answering payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities Support of the sales life cycle including payroll practices and legislation requirements Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients Ability to identify and mitigate risk Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
