What you get to do:
Process payroll for employees in multiple facilities in multiple states
Reconciliation of payroll and time card data
Prepare payroll summary report
Maintain employee records related to payroll
Prepare payroll related journal entries and account reconciliations
Run reports i.e. 401K, taxes, etc)
What you need to succeed:
High school diploma
2+ years of relevant payroll experience strongly preferred in a large, corporate environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
