Job Summary:

Join our team as a Payroll Support Coordinator, a vital role that assists in maintaining payroll confidentiality and processing. This position offers an opportunity to work under a highly skilled mentor and expand your knowledge in multi-state payroll support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in filing and maintaining the confidentiality of payroll data.
Provide support in backup payroll processing for multi-state offices.
Learn and assist with various payroll administrative tasks under mentorship.

Skills Required:

1-2 years of experience in payroll or HR assistance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn multi-state payroll processes.

Note:

Our client is seeking a junior candidate who is trustworthy and eager to learn, especially about the complexities of multi-state payroll. The role offers a chance to work under an excellent, albeit quiet, mentor. This is a temp-to-hire position with a potential for permanent employment after a 3-month period.
