Job Description
Description We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This position requires expertise in managing payroll processes for multiple clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance across diverse systems. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accurate calculations and timely distribution.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Manage payroll across various systems, adapting to client-specific requirements.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with clients to address payroll inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with year-end payroll processing, including tax filings and reconciliation.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Implement best practices to streamline payroll operations and improve efficiency. Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably managing multi-client payroll.
- Familiarity with multiple payroll systems and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing payroll reports.
