Key Duties
Payroll Administration:
Process the HR portion of the bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain payroll records, audit payroll reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Process requested employee status changes such as auditing new hire entry, terminations, pay changes, title changes or promotions, reporting structure changes, etc.
Manage employee time tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies.
Handle all payroll-related inquiries from employees and address issues or concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Process all requests and requirements for reporting for the payroll and HR function including semi-annual Franciso Partners reporting, EEO-1 reporting, Worker’s Compensation audit reporting, 401k and benefit testing (working with Benefits Manager and HRSS as needed).
Work with the Benefits and Leave Manager regarding leaves that are processed through the HRIS.
