Payroll Specialist 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN • Hybrid work Payroll Specialist As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for 300 employees throughout multiple states.
Responsibilities Include:
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using the ADP WFN platform Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll tax regulations Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues related to payroll processing Prepare and submit payroll report and queries Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll operations Assist with year end activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or Specialist (recent) Proficiency using the ADP platform for payroll processing Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance (TN, TX, AL) Minimum of 3+ years of previous end to end payroll processing experience for 300+ employees Pay $60-76,000/yr DOE, Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401k matching, PTO) This is a hybrid position located in
