The Payroll Specialist opportunity offers a wonderful opportunity to join a committed and strong on-site culture of professionals. This role will require at least 3 years of previous Payroll experience, ideally coupled with experience or the ability to interpret and navigate associated regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will offer strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and automated payroll processing services. Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are a must.
The specific duties will include:
Processing payroll Reconciling payroll Remitting payroll taxes and government reporting Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements Maintenance of employment-related records Compliance with employment and payroll-related requirements
