Pay Rate:
$28/hr Vaco is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do: Review timesheets for accuracy and completion, including following up with employees and/or hospital locations Key/upload employee time, bonuses, and incentives into HRIS system if applicable Partner with the clinical team to ensure that escalated payroll questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years proven payroll with Workday, UKG experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree Excellent Excel skills In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of payroll processing including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes Proficient with payroll software and HRIS Ability to analyze problems, gather pertinent data and recommend solutions.
