We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling standard HR coordinator duties as well as managing payroll for 200 non-salaried employees. Experience with ADP Lyric is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Coordination:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 200 non-salaried employees using ADP Lyric.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in using ADP Lyric for payroll management
