Work Order Processor K.Bellavance Land Works & Hauling 69 Pitman Road, Barre, VT 05641 Job Description For Work Order Processor K. Bellavance Land Works & Hauling is seeking a Work Order Processor to join our team. As a Processor you will compile the data for payroll submissions. You will also be updating daily work orders.

Responsibilities:

Processing payroll for timely submissions to our payroll provider. Collecting time sheets and work orders, updating work orders daily.

Resolve issues:

Answering staff queries about timesheets & work orders. Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations and auditing information to make sure it’s accurate and up to date. Keep track of employees PTO time. Assist the invoicing specialist. Assist in answering the office phone. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficiency with payroll processing software & Quick Books Strong Math Skills Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work with confidential information Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work under pressure

High School Graduate or GED Benefits:
