Work Order Processor K Bellavance Landworks & Hauling 69 Pitman Road, Barre, VT 05641 Job Summary K. Bellavance Land Works & Hauling is seeking a Work Order Processor to join our team. As a Processor you will compile the data for payroll submissions. You will also be updating daily work orders. Responsibilities Processing payroll for timely submissions to our payroll provider. Collecting time sheets and work orders, updating work orders daily.

Resolve issues:

Answering staff queries about timesheets & work orders. Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations and auditing information to make sure it’s accurate and up to date. Keep track of employees PTO time. Assist the invoicing specialist. Assist in answering the office phone. Other duties as assigned Requirements Proficiency with payroll Processing Software & QuickBooks Strong Math Skills Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work with confidential information Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work under pressure

High School Graduate or GED Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
