Treasury Services Specialist MidSouth Bank – AL/FL Dothan, AL 36301 MidSouth Bank, a community bank in Dothan, AL, has an immediate opening for a knowledgeable and experienced Treasury Services Specialist . This position provides support to Treasury Manager and their customers to identify, develop, and deliver quality solutions to aid the business customer in their day-to-day needs. The position is responsible for supporting Treasury Service products/services as well as delivering exceptional service to customers and staff members. Successful candidate should have experience in bank operations, including an understanding of a variety of tasks such as ACH, wire transfers, mobile deposit, remote deposit capture, deposit product applications and online banking applications and setups. Candidate should maintain current knowledge of new and existing systems software and hardware and will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of online banking profiles. Additionally, candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and systems, an understanding of banking terms and practices, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and other bank employees. Candidates should have a strong understand of Microsoft operating systems to include, Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom. Employee will need to be able to learn though remote training, and self-guided training. Employee will work under general supervision of Treasury Services Manager and in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include:

Completing customer research to aid in the overall success of a treasury services proposal or product Researching product information in response to customer inquiries and service Managing new customer onboarding experiences which include requesting documentation, implementing products, training and customer satisfaction Serving as primary escalation point for customer support when needed Ensuring reporting is complete, timely and accurate Collaborating with both Commercial Loan Officers and Treasury Managers to keep all parties involved and engaged in support of product sales and service Performing administrative tasks to support of treasury products MidSouth Bank, a community bank headquartered in Dothan, AL, offers a pleasant, independent banking atmosphere.
