- Customer Service
- Manage and service commercialcustomer relationships as assigned.
- Enhance client relationshipsthrough regular contact, providing a high level of customer serviceand demonstrating and understanding for their business and riskprofile.
- Retain clients with acceptable risk profiles.
- Demonstrate an understanding, concurrence and commitment to bankpolicies and procedures when managing client relationships.
2.Productivity o Meet or exceed loan, fee income and deposit growthgoals as agreed and assigned annually. o Monitor market conditionsand competitor impacts in order to maintain competitive andprofitable relationships. o Develop and maintain comprehensiveknowledge of all commercial products including loans, treasurymanagement, trade service products and deposits to facilitatecross-selling and enhance the client experience. o Demonstrate astrong understanding and working knowledge of loan documentation inorder to mitigate risk to the bank. o Maintain and monitor annualpersonal plan for growth goals and objectives. o Maintains anactive calling program for new business development which includesproper planning. 3. Profitability o Demonstrate effective behaviorin maximizing customer profitability to meet EPS hurdles as definedby the bank annually. o Meet or exceed the financial goals set bythe bank annually. Specifically, to optimize loan pricing, feeincome, and deposit rates. o Action oriented driving to deliverresults that meet or exceed financial goals set for the individualand the bank. 4. Credit Quality/Credit Administration o Maintainacceptable levels of delinquencies/past dues, non-performing loansand criticized/classified assets as defined by the bank annually. oDemonstrate strong credit skills in analyzing credit risk withinthe under-writing process. Gather complete and adequatefacts/information needed to understand and assess risk, whilemeeting deadlines as assigned. o Communicate potential creditdowngrades in a timely and effective manner. o Maintain credit anddocumentation exceptions within acceptable standards as defined andset by the bank annually. 5. Quality of Work o Demonstrateconsistent quality of work product within the context of ongoingcredit analysis and risk management. o Exhibits solid timemanagement skills, organization, planning and priority setting incarrying out day to day responsibilities for customer managementand business development. o Demonstrate sound business acumen andtechnical knowledge for under writing and ongoing risk management.o Exhibit strong problem solving skills by providing effectivesolutions; look beyond the obvious. 6. InterpersonalSkills/Cooperation o Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to includea cooperative spirit, positive attitude in all interpersonalrelationships with co-workers, managers, and subordinates. oContribute to a professional working environment with respect toindividual roles and responsibilities. Communicate problems andconcerns in a respectful and constructive way. o Demonstraterespect and observe rules and act in ethical manner. o Buildrapport with customers through approachability and a dedication tomeeting their expectations and requirements. 7. - Bachelor’s Degree,equivalent experience may apply
- Lending Experience
- Excellentinterpersonal skills and professional manner
- Computer skills,especially the ability to work in Windows based systems
- Maintaina working understanding of and comply with, banking regulations,bank policies, and procedures.
