Summary:
The Relationship Banker 4 will primarily focus on supportingbranch sales goals by advancing branch associates product sales andcustomer service. The Relationship Banker 4 supports associates whodevelop new customer relationships and strengthens existingrelationships by ensuring each customer is aware of and offeredappropriate products and services to meet their existing and futurefinancial needs. The associate at this level will assume a leadershiprole in planning and executing daily and special activities for thebranch and could occasionally cover the managers responsibilities duringtheir absence.

Arvest:
•(Other duties may be assigned.)? Drive associate performance through accountability? Demonstrate a solid understanding of financials and profitability? Hold associates accountable for achieving sales goals through coachingand observations.? Lead and support the branch associates in coordination with BranchSales Managers (BSMs)? Coordinate and execute personalized professional development plans foreach branch team member by maximizing growth and business opportunitiesthrough one-on-one conversations, educational courses, career coachingand motivation.? Develop an associate career pathing mentality and prepare others forcareer advancement opportunities.? Build and leverage relationships with strategic partners (such as AWM,Private Banking, Small Business, etc.) to fulfill customers’ uniqueneeds when opportunities arise.? Drive change by understanding and communicating the purposes behindchanges being made. Actively participate in the change process whilesupporting associates during changes.? Support and reinforce the direction of the company with frontlineassociates.? Lead by example by resolving complex customer and associate issuesprofessionally.? Collaborate with HR and BSM to align expectations of leading teammembers in specific situations.? Acquire transferable skills by completing Arvest programs such asLeadership Academy, Propel, Rising Leaders, Next Level, Edge, etc.? Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept consumer loanapplications and facilitate loan closings? Takes a residential mortgage loan application for any consumerpurpose.? Offers or negotiates terms of a residential mortgage loan forcompensation or gain.? Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and thebank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includesbut is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere tointernal procedures and controls; report any known violations ofcompliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspiciouscustomer and/or account activity.•
