50 per hour Express Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities Handle outgoing and incoming member phone calls, conducts loan interviews, assesses member needs, and cross sells other SCCU products and services in order to provide fast, friendly, effective service to the member. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards all members to increase satisfaction. Opens new memberships and add-on deposit products for existing members to ensure the retention and profitability of members. Analyzes loan applications, credit bureau reports and member account data in order to match the member to the appropriate product or service and maximize loan and add-on product sales opportunities. Knows features, advantages and benefits of all SCCU products and services and recommends appropriate product or service to enhance member relationships. Maintains a thorough and current knowledge of SCCU lending and deposit account promotions, criteria, guidelines, procedures, policies, and processes, in order to provide members with current information, and process loans, mortgages and deposit accounts appropriately. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job. Express Service Associate Qualifications 1 to 3 years prior experience in sales and customer service or consumer loan processing/interviewing. Telephone sales preferred. High School plus additional course work gained through attendance at vocational, technical or business school or equivalent experience. Ability to obtain CUNA Mutual licensing within the first eight weeks of initial employment. A CUNA Mutual license is required for this role. (Team members will be required to pay for the licensing and will be reimbursed with proof of receipt on the first paycheck after submittal) Prior banking/credit union experience is desired Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole required Express Service Associate Hours Must be available M
