Universal Banker Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Summary:

The Universal Banker plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience by handling both teller and platform responsibilities. This hybrid position includes processing transactions, opening accounts, offering banking solutions, and providing financial guidance tailored to individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude Perform all teller transactions accurately and efficiently Open and maintain personal and business deposit accounts Cross-sell banking products and services including loans, credit cards, and digital tools Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner Educate clients on mobile and online banking services Comply with all banking policies, procedures, and regulations Support branch goals through individual sales and service efforts

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, or retail sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Ability to meet sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Prior experience with opening new accounts and basic lending knowledge
