The position provides administrative assistance to lending officers and assist customers with deposit account opening and maintenance, safe deposit box operation, and assist on the teller line on occasion. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to lending operations, including document preparation, client communication, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the Lending Officers with gathering of information required for loan applications. Must be detailed oriented, have strong communication skills, must be able to manage time, must be able to provide exceptional service to current and potential customers. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Must be familiar with state and federal banking regulations. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and one to three years of job-related experience.
