Personal Banker 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 215 Main Street, Collins, MS 39428 The Personal Banker will create and manage the customer experience for branch customers and prospects. Will manage the experience from start to finish, efficiently handling all types of service transactions and identifying sales opportunities. To demonstrate and communicate a thorough understanding of all of the Bank’s products and services, including educating and training on current technology and alternate delivery methods. Aware of and follow all security policy and procedures. The Personal Banker will engage in sales and service activities and contribute directly to the success of the branch by recognizing and uncovering opportunities. Provides a variety of transactions for customers, including all standard teller transactions, while seeking opportunities to develop customer relationships and identify sales opportunities. Educate and train new and existing customers about the features and benefits of PriorityOne Bank’s personal and business banking products to include new applications. Sell consumer/small business banking products and services to customers and prospects. Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws.
