POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist and/or complete daily operations of treasury services for businesses including online enrollments, account setups, Remote Deposit setup, wire processing, troubleshooting, and various other related duties.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
High Essential Provide exceptional client service both internally and externally to business and consumer clients. Follow procedures and validation steps for business and consumer client’s online banking enrollments. Review business account setup confirming all documentation has been provided. Track, communicate and clear Business New Account exceptions. Be the lead assist for business clients in remote deposit set up and process. Assist staff and clients with any internet, mobile banking, ACH, wire, and any other related issues. Setup, provide support and review Positive Pay client requests. Set-up client Sweeps Assist business bankers in the field to provide services to the Bank’s clients, as needed. Assist in implementing business FinTech applications. Assist with any future Treasury related technology updates or add ons to support FinTech relationships. Review Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) and business mobile transactions Regularly attend work at the Bank’s place of business during regular business hours. Low Essential Complete all required monthly and quarterly reports. Complete monthly review for Weiland Account Analysis clients Assist in consumer calls and research, as time permits. Keep procedures up to date Non Essential Maintain a professional atmosphere with internal and external clients. Attend and engage in team meetings. EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Three to five years experience in business banking, treasury or banking experience

This job is conducted in an office work environment, and is generally sedentary but may require walking at times. Most of this position’s duties require use of a computer.
