Job Description:

This job is responsible for engaging clients inthe lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactionsthrough self-service resources, such as mobile banking, onlinebanking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately andefficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. Jobexpectations include having deep conversations with clients to gainin-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities andconnecting clients to solutions that meet the financialgoals.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the bank’s risk culture andstrives for operational excellence
  • Builds relationships withclients to meet financial needs
  • Follows established processesand guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clientsand the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • -Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts insmall business, lending, and investments
  • Manages financialcenter traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • -Drives the client experience

Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financialservices industry, products and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in asalary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree suchas business management, business administration orfinanceSkills
