Electronic Banking Representation Position :
$20.64 – $24.25 PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing exemplary customer service to consumer and small business Electronic Banking customers Serves as the primary point of contact to resolve issues in a timely manner Performs various duties related to digital banking services including, But not limited to, reviewing online banking & Billpay enrollments, performing online banking maintenance, reviewing mobile deposit, transaction exceptions, and online account opening application. Performs assigned research as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
