Brooklyn, NY Job Description Empire State Bank is seeking a Service Associate (Universal Banker) to float between our 3rd Avenue and 18th Avenue banking centers in Brooklyn, NY. In this role you will create a positive and friendly customer experience to our customers and clients within Empire State Bank community banking centers by developing and deepening customer relationships through understanding of their needs and recommending products and services that benefit them, exhibiting strong sales and service skills, opening accounts, processing transactions, presenting products and services while educating and assisting customers and clients on utilizing Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations. At least 2 years of cash handling and customer service are required. Banking experience is a plus. You must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
