out of 5 stars 260 W Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063 Summary Contributes to the successful onboarding of new members and provides ongoing relationship servicing with current members. Cross sells credit union products and services to assist members in meeting their financial needs. Maintains a proficient understanding of all credit union products and services including personal and vehicle loans with the ability to identify and offer additional referral opportunities. Key Responsibilities Evaluates needs of new and existing members and offers appropriate financial products and services. Assists in meeting Branch goals by expanding member relationships through active selling of credit union products and services in support of production and profitability goals. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current members to maintain goodwill and gain additional business. Adheres to the member onboarding program. Opens and closes new memberships, including IRA, Trust, and Estate. Processes personal and vehicle loans with accuracy and efficiency. Actively participates in the in-branch greeter program to ensure positive member experiences and support adoption of member facing technologies such as Interactive Teller Machines, scheduling and lobby tracking systems, and digital services. Responds to member inquiries and requests. Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out- of-balance conditions. Processes member transactions accurately and efficiently. Performs accurate and timely file maintenance on member accounts. Examines documents for endorsement and negotiability. Detects and resolves discrepancies promptly. Under the direction of management, supports the daily branch settlement of cash boxes, vaults, cash recyclers, ATMs, ITMs, and all negotiable instruments within the branch. Demonstrates operational excellence, looks for ways to improve operational efficiency; branch settlement responsibilities; understanding loss prevention procedures. May be required to open and close a branch when necessary. Maintains established member authentication, quality control, and audit standards. Participates in and supports branch and community events. Travels to other branch locations on occasion. Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Credit Union and its members. Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED required 2 years of college preferred. Plus a minimum of 2 years of related financial services industry experience required.
