Job Purpose and Responsibilities Position Purpose:

Step into a full-time role as part of an accomplished financial advisory practice of StoneX Financial. Perform critical business functions to provide timely, unique client experiences that define our practice. Learn about our effective tools and approaches to financial planning, advice delivery and client service. Deepen your knowledge of the financial services industry in a diverse and supportive work environment. There are multiple career progression opportunities within the practice including becoming a financial advisor, leading our marketing and client relationship areas, and becoming a contributing member to our investment committee.

Responsibilities:

Develop a working understanding of important topics in advice delivery such as retirement readiness, retirement paycheck design, goal tracking, workplace benefit reviews, insurance projections, savings strategies for goal achievement, among others. Assist advisors in preparing client meetings for clients as assigned. This includes meeting presentations as well as relevant materials such as reports, illustrations, brochures, new business paperwork, etc. Execute all tasks from client meetings such as trades and transactions. Ensure successful submission of new business paperwork, preparing and transmitting required documentation to Stonex Wealth corporate office, and coordinating retirement plan rollovers. Complete all follow up documentation from client meetings, including entering new data received into financial planning and client relationship management tools. Respond to ad-hoc client requests received or assigned. Assist clients with engaging with technology.

Qualifications:
Qualifications Required:

3-5 years’ experience working within a team-based, client service environment Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel High attention to detail and organization Demonstrated math, analytical and reasoning skills Effective, respectful and open-minded communication with clients, advisors and staff Efficient time management Polite and clear phone manner Ability to multi-task Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor & Ameriprise Financial Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor’s practice Positive attitude and sincere willingness to consistently learn and grow

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent FINRA licensing (or current pursuit of) not required but strongly preferred
